ROTATION MOLDS TYPES

ROTATION MOLDS TYPES

Rotation molds are a method generally used in the production of plastic parts and have different types. Here are some types of rotation patterns:

1.    Circular Dies: One of the most common rotation patterns are circular dies. These molds are generally used in the production of cylindrical or spherical parts. For example, parts such as water tanks and plastic containers can be produced using circular molds.
2.    Plane Molds: Plane molds are generally used in the production of parts with flat or simple geometric shapes. For example, sheets, boards or plates can be produced with such molds.
3.    Complex Molds: Complex rotation molds are used in the production of parts with more complex geometries. These molds are used to produce parts that are hollow or have detailed shapes. For example, toys, sculptures or industrial parts can be produced with complex molds.
4.    Semi-Mould Molds: These types of molds are used to produce up to half of the part. It is especially preferred in the production of large-scale parts. Half-mold molds can be reused to produce the other half of the part.

These varieties are examples of various applications of rotation dies. Each is suitable for different part geometries and production needs.
